Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryce Henson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Bryce. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am a fitness professional who made a fitness transformation of my own in 2007. I then began personal training for a few years, which led to launching my first Group Training studio in 2012 called Yorba Linda Fit Body Boot Camp. From training hard personally, getting great results with my clients; we noticed a need for increased muscle recovery. We came across Whole Body Cryotherapy and knew it was a fit that would complement our fitness business, but also help the surrounding community with fat loss, arthritis, chronic pain and inflammatory conditions, and those seeking weight loss and skin rejuvenation. So we launched OC CRYOSPA in January of 2014 the rest is history!!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not a smooth road at all! While blessed, whole body cryotherapy was and still is a very new treatment. So most of the population is not aware of the therapy, or the benefits. Slowly but surely its gaining more traction as major influencers such as Tony Robbins are endorsing the treatment which gives light to the future!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about OC CryoSpa – what should we know?
OC CryoSpa is among the first companies to have brought cryotherapy to the United States. We launched in Yorba Linda, CA in 2014 as a Cryohealthcare Inc. trained and certified provider.
OC CryoSpa is owned and operated by Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Expert and Health Coach Bryce Henson. We offer cryo-treatments within the physical location of Yorba Linda Fit Body Boot Camp. Our main goal is to provide an all-inclusive, health and wellness experience using cutting edge cryotherapy technology.
Whether to treat sports related injuries, improve athletic performance, recover faster between workouts or just feel overall better and healthier, whole body cryotherapy has proven a powerful technique for over 3 decades and has become the treatment of choice of many professional athletes.
