[MM]: The World Needs Us Now More Than Ever
Happy Monday Mindset! 🙌
My brother Barrett, who is my Executive Director of Coaching for Fit Body and I did training in Scottsdale, Arizona a couple of weeks ago.
We were there to deliver for a friend of ours who is a mega social media influencer and entrepreneur.
Just before the training started, I realized I forgot to pack gum so went across the street to the gas station.
I haven’t been to a gas station in a couple of years since getting a Tesla Model 3.Â
So I went to grab my gum and then scanned the store for Barrett’s fancy sparkling water. LolÂ
For as long as the eye could see, the store was lined with sugar and processed foods.Â
No exaggeration here.
That’s right.
The entire store was packed with the ingredients for a major health crisis.
Then it hit me.
In the words of RFK – we need to make America healthy again.
Why?
Chronic disease and obesity are rampant due to processed food and a lack of exercise.
Yes, the work we do here at Fit Body Boot Camp is meaningful.
Lots of people are counting on us.
The good news?
Fit Body’s mission is to Inspire Fitness and Change Lives.
The best part?
My team and I want you to join our mission.
