about
From beginning his working career at age 11 to selling blood plasma to fund college to leading an 8-figure global franchise, Bryce Henson proves adversity isn’t a setback, it’s a strategy.
Now co-owner and CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp, Inc. and business partner to Bedros Keuilian and retired Navy SEAL Jay Redman, Bryce scaled five gyms into a franchise empire and helped generate over $775M in coaching sales. His leadership systems drive 23% higher profitability by building strong-minded teams that stay.
But Bryce’s greatest advantage came from hardship: a chaotic childhood, family addiction, and personal wake-up calls that forced him to lead from the front. He gained sobriety from drugs and alcohol, rebuilt his family, and discovered that leadership starts with owning the hard things first.
His keynote, “Turn Adversity Into Advantage,” equips leaders to stop avoiding conflict and start using it to boost accountability, resilience, and communication.
Bryce has shared stages with Jocko Willink, Jesse Itzler, Ed Mylett, and now partners with Bedros Keuilian and Jay Redman to help others turn pressure into performance.
