Hey Leader 🙌
Here’s a truth bomb:
You cannot lead from the front while hiding from criticism.
Here’s what I mean.
A couple of weeks ago, my friend Shawn Stevenson invited me onto The Model Health Show.
Shawn is an incredible human, thought leader, and host of one of the world’s leading health podcasts.
What an honor!
We discussed my new book’s principles and the exciting vision for Fit Body Forever, our new fitness franchise serving adults over 60.
With our franchise filings approved and official launch scheduled at the end of the month, we’re preparing to inspire fitness and change lives on a much bigger scale!
But the conversation reminded me of something deeper.
Leadership requires courage.
The courage to share your vision.
The courage to speak your convictions.
And yes, the courage to look foolish, face criticism, or even embarrass yourself along the way.
Here’s the kicker:
If you’re waiting until everyone agrees with your vision, you’ll never lead.
You’ll follow.
And the world doesn’t need more followers disguised as leaders.
My leadership challenge this week:
Identify 1 belief, idea, or vision you’ve been hesitant to share.
Then share it publicly with conviction.
Not because everyone will agree.
But because leadership requires the courage to go first.
And that, my friend, is leadership.
Make it a GREAT week!

The 5 Immutable Rules of Leadership
- Take Extreme Ownership: Everything is your responsibility, even when it’s not your fault.
- Put Your Oxygen Mask On First: Lead yourself before leading others.
- Wield Influence Through Moral Authority: People follow who you are, not what you say.
- It’s Not About You, Never Was, Never Will Be: Elevate others, build legacy.
- Turn Adversity Into Advantage: Pain is your power; use it.
