Hey Leader 🙌
We just wrapped up an incredible 2-day, in-person Mastermind Retreat in Chino Hills, California!
And let me tell you, it was FIRE!
We dove deep into leadership and how to leverage technology to grow our businesses, income, and impact.
But here’s what stood out to me.
The greatest competitive advantage isn’t technology.
It’s people united around a mission.
And that brings me to today’s leadership lesson.
We’re now 2 days removed from the midterm elections.
Some Americans are celebrating.
Others are frustrated.
And chances are, both perspectives exist inside your organization.
Here’s the leadership challenge.
Your job isn’t to get everyone to agree.Â
Your job is to get everyone aligned.
There’s a BIG difference.
Agreement requires shared opinions.
Alignment requires shared purpose.
And great leaders understand that distinction.
So here’s my challenge for you this week.
Gather your team and reinforce this message:
“We may see the world differently. That’s okay. What unites us is our mission, our values, and our commitment to each other.”
Then lead by example.
Listen more. React less. Keep the mission front and center.
Because division is easy.
Unity requires leadership.
And that’s exactly what your people need from you right now.
Make it a GREAT week,
Bryce Henson

The 5 Immutable Rules of Leadership
- Take Extreme Ownership: Everything is your responsibility, even when it’s not your fault.
- Put Your Oxygen Mask On First: Lead yourself before leading others.
- Wield Influence Through Moral Authority: People follow who you are, not what you say.
- It’s Not About You, Never Was, Never Will Be: Elevate others, build legacy.
- Turn Adversity Into Advantage: Pain is your power; use it.
