Hey Leader 🙌
Let me take you back for a second…
I was 21, sitting on that couch, a Taco Bell bag next to me, staring at my reflection in a blank TV screen.
I didn’t feel like a leader.
Didn’t feel confident.
Didn’t feel… enough.
Meanwhile, my roommate Adam was everything I thought I needed to become:Â
Fit. Disciplined. Respected.
So what did I do?
I performed.
I compared.
I tried to “earn” confidence instead of owning it.
Until the moment I finally asked for help, and everything shifted.Â
Not because I became someone new…Â
But because I permitted myself to start where I was.
Here’s this week’s leadership truth:
You’re already enough.
Not when you hit the goal.
Not when you earn the title.
Not when others validate you.
Right now.
When you operate from “I’m not enough,” you perform.
When you operate from “I am enough,” you lead.
That shift is everything.
So here’s the reframe:
Instead of asking, “How do I prove myself?”
Ask, “How do I express myself?”
One is rooted in fear.
The other is rooted in certainty.
And certainty?
That’s what your team feels.
That’s what builds trust.
That’s what scales leadership.
Here is todays call to action:
Stop chasing validation.
Start leading from wholeness.
Because the best leaders don’t try to be enough…
They know they already are.
Make it a GREAT week!

The 5 Immutable Rules of Leadership
- Take Extreme Ownership: Everything is your responsibility, even when it’s not your fault.
- Put Your Oxygen Mask On First: Lead yourself before leading others.
- Wield Influence Through Moral Authority: People follow who you are, not what you say.
- It’s Not About You, Never Was, Never Will Be: Elevate others, build legacy.
- Turn Adversity Into Advantage: Pain is your power, use it.
