This week, 425+ franchise partners, coaches, and team members fly into Dallas for our annual Fit Body World Conference.

Flights, hotels, time away from their businesses. 

Expensive by any spreadsheet math.

That said, I would pay it twice.

Here is why. 

The foundation of leadership is not strategy. 

It is not a vision deck or a quarterly target. 

It is unification. 

Getting a group of individuals to believe the same thing at the same time, then move together.

You cannot do that at scale through a screen. 

Proximity does something a video call cannot fake. 

It builds relationship, identity, and belief. 

People stop working near each other and start working with each other.

Most leaders treat gathering their people as a line item. 

It is an instrument. 

Culture compounds fastest in the same room.

Your Move This Week:

Identify the one group that has drifted furthest from the mission. 

Leadership team, top producers, remote crew. 

Put a date on the calendar within 30 days to get them in one room. 

Not a status meeting. 

A gathering with a purpose you can state in one sentence.

Then show up first and stay last.

Alignment is not announced. 

It is assembled.
