Happy Monday!
I cannot believe June is already halfway through. In a blink of an eye and we are almost halfway finished with 2021.
A friendly reminder to live with urgency as our time is ticking.
With that in mind, I heard something last week when I was talking to a colleague of mine and it resonated so much, I wanted to pass it along to you.
The quote went something along the lines of…
“A healthy person has a million dreams, wishes, and desires for their life.
However, a sick person only has 1 dream, which is to regain their health.”
Incredibly true words.
So, today’s call to action is to prioritize and invest in your only source of wealth which is your health & fitness.
And when you do that, the world opens to you!
